UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS OF TEACHING QUALITY BEFORE AND AFTER THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

چکیده

Teaching quality refers to the level of teaching practices, delivery, content and methods it is often viewed subjectively by various stakeholders in education, including students. The aim this study, applying a phenomenographic approach, was replicate study conducted before Covid-19 pandemic with master students Finland. Applying similar process participants, aimed explore whether students’ perceptions had altered after increase online learning. Three main themes arose from interview data: as clarity, engagement, either or contact teaching. These differ pre-Covid which associated pedagogical professionalism, personal qualities teacher general learning environment.
